The Sissonville Fire Department proudly protects approximately 24,000 people living within 125.6 square miles. Operating from three stations, our volunteer members provide fire, rescue, and emergency medical response services to a primarily rural district in Kanawha County.
Incorporated on May 4, 1961, the department maintains an ISO rating of 4/4X and continues to expand its operational capabilities to meet the growing needs of our community.
